Shipping

Delivery Time:

K-Quip ship orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, freight carrier or UPS. A tracking number will be provided at time of shipping. orders are processed during business hours (M-F 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time). In-stock items generally ship in 1-2 business days, most shipments are made in a timely manner however delays do occasionally occur beyond our control. Please note that most items need to be ordered from the manufacturer which may cause additional delays.

Return and Refund Policy

Policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged or lost shipments should be reported to us immediately and we can re-ship the merchandise and/or register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Do not accept packages that are opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods until you’re advised.

Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once a return item is received and inspected, an email to notify we have received your returned item is sent to notify approval or rejection of refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
First: check your bank account again.
second: contact credit card company, it take different times before refunds are officially posted depending on the bank policies.

Sale items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 25% of the item(s) cost.

Liftgate

If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items, you will need a liftgate and must select this option at checkout or email us. A higher fee may apply if a liftgate must be added after an order has shipped. If delivery is unable to be completed because a liftgate was not selected during checkout, or communicated, a redelivery fee may apply in addition to a liftgate fee.
